Usage

.mldpEHR.disease_expected(index, population_count, edp)

Arguments

index

  • index of entry in the empirical disase prob of the current age to start propogation from

population_count

  • data.frame containing age, sex, and the number of patients available

edp

  • empirical disease prob, output of .mldpEHR.disease_empirical_prob_for_disease
