Chromosomal Walks (C-walks) distribution:

The distribution consists of three compressed archives and designed to work on a standard linux operative system.
  1. Code and results.
  2. Misha database with relevant genomic tracks used in the distribution (7.5G).
  3. Raw Fastq files (80G).

Instructions:

Download all three packages to the same local directory and unpack them. Assuming that the local directory hosting the packages is cwdistrib and tar packages have been copied/downloaded there. 
cd cwdistrib
tar xvf Olivares_etal.tar.gz
tar xvf Olivares_etal_db.tar.gz
tar xvf Olivares_etal_rawdata.tar.gz
Assuming that the local directory hosting the packages is cwdistrib the main directory tree should have three branches: cwalks, db and trip4c. Check the respective README files on the cwalks and trip4c diretories for further instructions.
