Tests for a named intervals set existence.

gintervals.exists(intervals.set = NULL)

Arguments

intervals.set

name of an intervals set

Value

'TRUE' if a named intervals set exists. Otherwise 'FALSE'.

Details

This function returns 'TRUE' if a named intervals set exists in Genomic Database.
